I can probably do a whole blog post on how much I love Scoops and why you should visit, but I'll spare you the pointless chit-chat and add that it doesn't carry a 4.5/5-star Yelp rating over 1,100+ reviews for just any old reason. Love Scoops, Love Hel-Mel. Today I had Salt Honey and Caramel Oreo. Delicious.
