A Picasso mural in danger of demolition at the Regjeringskvartalet (Government Quarter) in Downtown Oslo. This and surrounding buildings were the target of terrorist Anders Behring Breivik's July 22, 2011 attack, where 8 were killed in a bomb blast at the pictured area, before another 69, mostly teenagers, were shot and killed at an island 25mi/38km northwest of Oslo.
